Hello.
Can anyone advise how to load Scaler 3 into individual Cubase 13 tracks please? I do not want to use it as a standalone.

Hey there -
To get started, I’d just create the Scaler3 instrument track, and then another instrument track which is set to receive midi FROM Scaler3:
The “Midi In” for Keyscape in this example has been changed to the Scaler3 plug-in (you have to scroll to the bottom of the list of available MIDI outs and you’ll see your Scaler3 track as an option).
You’ll probably want Scaler3 itself muted, so either mute the Cubase track, or in the track tab of Scaler3 mute the Main as shown above.
That’s the “old” way of doing it. Scaler3 now allows you to actually insert your plug-in into the VST3 as well as the standalone, or do a combination of “direct” Scaler3 audio out like a traditional synth/vst3 host and/or with MIDI routing. YMMV depending on how you choose to go things, but I think this is what you are asking
