The manual says (on page 66 - Editing Note Lengths Using the Info Line):
You can enter and edit note lengths by using the info line.

What if the user wants to learn how to enter note lengths? What manual should he/she read? 
(read next lines to see that the user is thaught only how to edit note lengths)
My suggestion is to have the quoted line replaced with:
You can edit note lengths by using the info line.
or
Note lengths can also be edited in the info line.
