Have a look…My strings use the midi keyboard and my brass and saxes use the AE-30 Pro with the intelligent harmonies at normal and all Harmonie presets are OFF.
I know my score editor presets are correct. Cubase 13 latest version.
They are not though. You have to activate Clean Lengths.

You’re not showing or describing your settings, so I’m not sure what you expect here.
You don’t say which notes are ‘extra’, nor should you expect that anyone but a very few might be using the device you mention.
