Score Editor: make the display quantize markers nudgeable

I’d like to be able to nudge the Q4, Q8, Q16 (etc…) presets. Thank you.

Can’t you do this using Macros?

1. Set quantize to say Q4
2. nudge Left(right)

I want presets like the one in the picture to be moveable (nudgeable): “Key Commands > Nudge > Right/Left”.
