Score Editor: "Score Notes to MIDI" function does not shorten the length of Grace Notes

Hi,

I have a midi track that several notes are converted to Grace notes in Score Editor. However, when I apply Score Editor> Functions > Score Editor Score Notes to MIDI, it quantizes all the midi as desired and I can see it in the Key editor. however, does not shorten the length of Grace Notes at all? Is this just a display of Grace note?

I am playing back to my PSR-A3000 Yamaha keyboard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Yes, it’s just a display of Grace notes. The source MIDI data remain untouched.

I suppose it would be easier to play the on keyboard than editing them in key/score editor. Again, if we were allowed to use a variable in Logic Editor, we could do a lot more, like advancing from Arithmetic to Algebra.
