Score Editor - strangle problem

I’ve been working with Score Editor in Cubase 6 and am largely satisfied. However, in finishing up a piano score recently, I needed to add some midi notes here and there. After I moved things around a little for 4-5 measures I’m getting single measures per staff on both Treble and Bass clef parts (see attached pic)

I’ve read through the manual and checked on the forums and haven’t seen any answer to this.

Any ideas on what’s going on and how to fix it?

Just select the first wrong staff, and do Scores menu>Advanced Layout>“Number of Bars”.

Well that was easy! I guess the cutting and pasting of midi notes can mess things up a bit.
