Score editor Text Formatting pain and crash

Cubase 15.0.30, Windows. Text formatting Pane. What is the use of this entire dialog when the only thing it actually applies is what is selected in the paragraph style dropdown? (Which I have not been able to set to (none))? See Cubase manual page 134. Also, on Windows when this pane is open and you switch to another application and then come back to Cubase/Score editor, the pane is frozen and entire app crashes when changing layout. (leaving no trace log as well)

You have to select the object first to get the dialogs actions to be executed. Everything seems to work here (cubase pro 15.0.30 , on win11)
