Score issue, format deleted when changing the tail direction of the notes

Hi,

As default, the tail direction is set to auto. When I change the direction, the specific shape I’ve set for some notes head are deleted.

Before :

Could you mark the deleted notes? Or in which bar does it happen, please?

Can you replicate this or did it happen only once? Can you replicate it in any project?
