I bought the Score Sauce Addictive Drums 2 Map over the weekend, and for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to get it working. I’ve put the template file in the proper directory and imported the playback template, but I’m not seeing anything that lets me access my installed copy of AD2 as is shown on the YouTube video (where’s the setup tutorial?). I wrote for help, but haven’t received a reply yet. Has anyone managed to get this working yet? If so, please help!
I’ve written again for help from Score Sauce, and again I’ve been ignored to date. Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with them? If so, how’d you do it?
I’m almost at my wits’ end. If I don’t hear from them soon, I may have to do a credit card chargeback for lack of support on a product that doesn’t work.
I haven’t bought anything from Score Sauce but I have read a couple of posts elsewhere where people had issues similar to yours. I believe the guy who runs it is Eric Kruse - he has a Linkedin page. He doesn’t seem to have been active for quite a while but you never know - he might answer a message there.
