I have a custom score template and now I would like to have a template for a single part (harp in this case) based on that template. Is there an easy or obvious way to do this?
I don’t think it’s yet possible to export / import house styles.
What I’ve done so far is deleted all the instruments but the harp. How do it turn this into a part-only template, with no score, just the part?
I don’t think you can make this change directly.
One thing you could try is saving a copy of your current template project. In either copy, add a harp layout and delete your custom full score layout, then use the Library Manager to transfer the Layout Options from the score in the other copy to the harp part in the open copy. Your Engraving and Notation options will all remain the same, because they’re attached to the current project/flow.
