Score : Time Signatures showing very faint

In both Page Mode and non-Page mode my time signatures are showing in a very faint font. I’ve tried going into Scores - Score Settings - Project - Font Settings, and on the Project Text pane changing the Score font for Time Signatures. Although the style of font can be changed this way, the faintness is not affected.

I’ve obviously inadvertently changed some setting at some point, but this really has me stumped.

Found it. I’d de-selected the Project Layer (top right-hand corner of Score). I’ve never really paid much attention to what those buttons really do. Must get the manual out and do some reading.
