There used to be not just the Get Form command in the Layouts window but also a Get Layout command way back in SX I believe. The problem is that it is pretty hard to get a uniform look between different instruments when printing.
Any suggestions that could make it easier and more exact than the almost trial and miss-strategy that one has to do now?
