Select the first note of the second bottom bar, type Shift+M, (4/4), and close the popover with Alt+Enter.

What is the meaning of “local hidden time signature”?
Local means independent (e.g. one instrument has 4/4, the other one(s) 2/4)
Hidden means not showed. When there is a Time Signature, it’s normally showed in the score. But you can hide it either in the properties panel, or directly from the popover when you enter it, by putting parentheses.

Did you mean condensed score?
