Cables can be a constant source of trouble, with different spec levels for USB, HDMI, TB, etc.
They are, at least, comparatively cheap to replace.
Hubs can also introduce issues – lower-specced ports, not enough power to peripherals, etc.
You should find there’s plenty in Dorico 6 that’s worth the upgrade anyway!
