I tried to send a PM, but was unable to do so. I’m trying to shift notes by an octave, but have encountered a problem. When I type Ctrl+Alt+up arrow, nothing happens. If I type Ctrl+Alt+down arrow, my screen turns upside down. I’m guessing that Windows has a default key command that causes this to happen, but I don’t know how to fix it. Any advice? I’m running Windows 10.
