in Cubase 9 I found two ways to scroll arrange window horizontally - using scroll bar down the arrange window and using wouse wheel while holding Shift key. Is it possible to make keyboard hot keys for this?

In Reaper you can scroll horizontally by pressing Alt+Arrow Key.
I would love to do this in Cubase.
