Scrolling issue

Using the scroll bar (with touch screen) in the properties panel at the bottom is glitchy (see video).

Also, scrolling using the contents zone is not glitchy, but the problem is that controls will randomly toggle on or off if I accidentally hit one

control. The sequence of touch events seems to be like: “touch down”, “drag event”, “touch up/release”. While the dragging does work, the touch down/up pair is also registered and activates the button or text field.
