Security Error #2FG0 ???

Hi
While trying to redeem my download access code for Cubase elements 10 I am getting Security Error #2FG0
Does anybody know what the code means?
Raised a ticket with Steinberg but had no response

Try installing the latest eLicense software, run it as administrator, and perform the maintenance.

Unfortunately, this might hamper your efforts…

I had the same problem. You need to first register your eLicensers. Open eLicenser Control Center > Registration > Register All eLicensers at MySteinberg. Hope that fixes it!
