Select all of a specific note

How do I select every instance of a note (so that I can change them to a different note)?

For example: How do I select every "g’ in a piece so that I can turn it into a ‘g#.’ How would I do it if I wanted to turn every ‘g’ into an ‘f#?’

Edit->Filter->Notes by Pitch…
(remember to click Add)

There doesn’t seem to be a selection called “notes by pitch.” I’m using the SE 4 version

Do you have the Write->Transform->Pitches->Map Pitches?

Unfortunately the new transformations aren’t in SE 4.
