Select All on selected tracks from cursor to end

Is there a way to combine:

Select All on selected tracks
and
From Cursor to End?

Essentially i just want to be able to select from cursor to end on selected tracks.

Hi,

Hold down Shift modifier and double-click to the very first event, you want to select. All following events of the same track becomes selected, until the end of the project.
