Select Automation on only one track and from beginning to cursor or cursor to end?

I know one can select automation on one track only if so desired but I have not figured out how to control from what point to what point? In the Edit menu there is the select tab which offers some options but only, it seems, for the whole project. Or am I missing something?

In Cubase 12, there are some Project Logical Editor presets, which are in this direction.
