Is there a way to select a set of fingerings (but not the notes), to copy paste them to a different place?
I believe not - fingerings are a part of the note to which they are applied. You could copy the pitches/fingerings, and then simply re-pitch them, assuming the rhythms are the same.

As R Pearl said, fingerings are properties of notes, not separate objects, so Lock Duration doesn’t have any effect on them.
