Select tracks under selected events

He selects the events and then automatically the selection includes tracks too. How do I do this?

Preference setting:

Preferences > Editing > Track Selection Follows Event Selection.

I even managed to keep all my macros functioning with the “Editing - Use Up/Down Navigation Commands for Selecting Tracks only” function.
