Hi there,
before the update to 6 it worked that only selected notes in the Write Modus are played.
But now it doesn’t work anymore randomly. At some intruments it works, at others not.
Athough I have marked some notes, the whole orchestra plays. Is there a way to fix that, or is it a Bug?

no changes in this respect, in D6.
Can you describe what you are doing? And provide the Dorico project where this happens (if the issue is only in one Project).
The selection only playback works only if you select more than one note in each instrument, and press P to start playback.

Yep, that is exactly what doesn’t work here. I select one or two bars in (for example Timpani track) and when pressing P the other Instruments are still herable.
Does it happens in any project, with any playback template? Or only in specific projects and specific playback templates used?
Agai: if only in a specific configuration, can you provide more details and /or an example project?
The issue needs to be reproducible to find out the culprit.
Or upload the Diagnostic Report 8maybe that can help the Team to find out what is going on).
