Ok, this is a tough one to describe (not a native english speaker):
In the main project window my selected track never follows the height adjustment that I do with my key command (shft G or shft H). This is really annoying and total disrupting my work flow.
Example: I want an overview over as much tracks as possible and make everything really tiny. Then I enlarge everything to get a more detailed view, and when I select any track it stays minimized.
I never had these issues in Protools, Logic or Ableton. What am I doing wrong here?
Thanks,
Lars
Shift+G and Shift+H default key commands are working as expected here, including the one or several tracks that is/are selected. Have you tried to relaunch Cubase in safe mode, using the Disable program preferences option ?
Haven’t heard about this safe mode yet. Will try and find out… Thanks for the hint!
The safe mode bypasses all your preferences at the start of Cubase, which can help, when one of the files that are involved in them get corrupted, for a reason. More details about how to use it and the options at disposal in the two following links :
Thanks for the links! I started in safe mode and the bug disappeared. And luckily returning to my personal preferences the bug is still gone!
