selecting audio range via markers window

im working with cutting out samples from a larger audio files.
coming from soundforge im used to double clicking on the “markers window” in SF “regions list” and thereby selecting the audiorange for Quick auditioning/zooming in /adjusting.

the fastest way if sofar found in WL is cllicking on the start marker to see where it is in the big audio file and then double clicking in the edit window to select the audiorange there.-> “K” too zoom selection and “f6” to play range.
as im working with large volumes im wondering if there is a faster way ie selecting the range directly in the “markers window”

regards,
peter

Haven’t actually tried this because I wouldn’t think to click in the Length column in the markers window, but this is from the manual:

•To zoom in on the region between a start and end marker, click the corresponding cell in the Length column.

•To select the region between a start and end marker, double-click the corresponding cell in the Length column. This function is only available for markers in the Audio Editor.

This function is only available for markers in the Audio Editor

No, also available for montages.

thank you!
