hey guys is there a way I can highlight a series of midi notes that are on the same note and select every second one (so that I can shift it up)?
basically I have midi notes in one line for kick drum but I want to select every second one and shift it up to the next kick drum (so it sounds like double kicks) – that in essence is the context of the questions

Use the logical editor and you can then select based on position in the bar or beat.
