I have a Cubase Elements and a Cubase SE3 and want to know if I can sell it as I have the latest Cubase 10 and have had no need for these for years.
What do I need to do to keep it all legal.

If you didn´t use one of the versions to update to a higher version - yes
There´s a Steinberg software resale wizard on the Steinberg site, that deals with all the necessary points.
