Selling Cubase 11 license during the grace period

If I sell my Cubase 11 license at the moment, will the buyer be entitled to a free upgrade to C12 when it’s released?

Did you activate it already? If so then no.

The Grace Period is used when you activate a license when the program is on a later version, or in this special case where the company is offering C12 to new buyers.

But if you buy C12 when it becomes available, you end up with a new C12 license, and a not-for-resale license to C11 and earlier versions which lives on the dongle for as long as it lasts, and you have software that can read the USB key.
