I think the send levels could be set much easier and consistent.
There may be different solutions how to do this. Maybe a pan knob. Right now, this is horizontal which is not good.
I prefer a bar to a knob for send levels.

I would not even care as long as the way it moves was vertikal.
I think UA has at least some nice options the user can chose from!
Less screen space (at least not more) while having important stuff separated: Target + Gain.
On the other side, Cubase’s send area is cluttered when you hover over it. I’d always prefery the Logic view. It’s clear, it’s visible.
It’s also a lot less characters.
That’s true! We need solution here! 
But to be fair - the Logic track was much narrower than the Cubase track.
