Sending midi Stop

I would like to know is it possible to send a MMC ‘Stop’ Command from cubase once the timeline has reached the second locator.

Could this be done by means of a macro ?

There used to be a real stop command in VST times, alas…
What I personally do is have a Play Order track with one part on it. When activated cubase will stop at the end of that part and position to the start of it.
May or may not be useful to you.

Not sure about a MMC Stop Command but a
‘MIDI Event Stop Point’ might help.
