Sends' panning bug?

I have set up a startup session with many tracks and some sends.
after changing panning on sends and removing the send slot, the panning is remaining there.
can’t change the panning until I load a send slot again.
strange behaviour because I have to reset every send slot panning manually.

Are your send panners connected to follow your main panners?

hey wheels. they are not - i need to have independent routing for some channels.
if the send panning is set to follow the channel panning, this behavior is as expected.

I suppose you could argue that users more often than not keep the same panning regardless of destination. Or link the panners.

So it’s normal that the sends’ panning remains where it is when you change the source for sends? I am getting used to this - just wanted to clarify whether this is intended by the developers.

I’m not sure it’s normal, I typically have sends follow the main in Nuendo. The only times I recall setting them different from each other is when I was mixing more music but I used Pro Tools back then. Can’t remember how it worked.
