Separate commands to close window and close project

Since the new windowing scheme has been introduced I keep finding myself using File/Close to close a project and instead having the mixer or an editing window close instead. There should be two separate close commands. One to close the currently active window and another to close the entire project.

+1 for a Close Project command. (for Windows. Mac has this.)
