Separate track recording

I record piano and vocals from a Yamaha mixer via usb into iOS Cubasis. This all goes onto the one track. Can I split this somehow so vocals and piano are recorded live on separate tracks?

Please have a look at our Getting started with Cubasis tutorial to learn more about audio routing.
Here, it depends on the audio device how many channels are available for recording.
