Separate VST instrument rack

Isn’t there a way to have a free standing VST instrument rack that i can pull on to another screen, as opposed to the one that I can lock on to the right zone? I can’t figure out how.

I’ve renamed your topic. I assume that you’re not talking about the VST Amp Rack.

You can open the old VST Instruments window by pressing F11, or by selecting Studio > VST Instruments.

I did mean the instrument rack and can’t believe I missed that selection when going through the dropdowns.
