I am seeing some behavior I don’t understand.

Context
Dorico 6.1.10.6078 (Oct 8 2025)
MacOS 15.7.2 (24G325)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Quit and re-launch Dorico 6
  2. File New to create an empty anonymous project
  3. Change the value of Playback Options | Note Dynamics | Marcato (increase written dynamic by) from its factory default value of 0.8 to some value other than 1.0; say 0.9, for example.
  4. Apply the changes, save the file to disk, and close it.
  5. Re-oopen the file.
  6. Notice that the value of this attribute has been deserialized as 1.0.
