Yes, I edited my previous message. The dB values are basically the same. The “remove DC offset” function hopefully uses the dB values as a basis for the correction. Then the wild percentages would only be a graphical nuissance.
The files that I used were all saved as floating points, not as integers. Maybe that leads to each software using a different way to display percentages (percentages of what exactly?).
