Have any of you Nuage Owners had to replace light bulbs or the like in your units? The light behind the scribble strip of my fader pack is so dim that I can barely read anything! I have the settings turned all the way up to supposedly the brightest setting. But that clearly isn’t enough.

I got my unit used back in 2021. So, I was hoping that those of you who have had your units much longer might have some guidance on how to repair this kind of issue. Any practical advice here will be greatly appreciated.

we have 2 fader packs with the same problem. My retailer told me 720€ for one pack to replace (inkl. work).
I just look up to the PC Monitor an let them go blank… shame :smiley:

It’s really absurd not to be able to do it yourself
