Set up your track and save it as a track preset.
Then, add the track via the “Add Track Using Track Preset” option in the popup menu.

When do you want to lower your faders? Before starting mixing/recording (because when you mix your tracks, it clips all the time)? Or after recording, just sometimes?

Probably, I don’t understand well the problem.
