Set Max/Min Tempo in "tempo recording" dialogue?

Hi,
Is there a way to set the Min/Max bpm on the Tempo Recording slider in the Tempo Track editor?
I get that Ctrl will limit the bpm to a finer range, but for subtle changes it would be nice to, say, limit the Min/Max total spread to around 5bpm or something of that nature.
