Hi,

Is the Reset on Stop option enabled on your side in the Preferences > MIDI?

How is the Chase Events set up on your side in the Preferences > MIDI?

Btw, if you prefer your own default value, the best way is to make a MIDI Part at the beginning of every single project, and set the value manually.
