When I change the project setup to time offset to 1, instruments do not play from measure 1

…dialog, did you click No or Yes?

I clicked yes, so I can see Bar 0, Bar 1. My MIDI Part starts at Bar 1. I can hear all the MIDI Notes.

Cubase 14.0.40.

I tried setting the offset to 2, so the midi instrument would start at measure 1, but it takes up a lot of the screen.
