Set up file dont work in downloaded Cubase 8

I did buy an upgrade of Cubase 8,using 7.5 now. I downloaded the whole installation package, but when trying to install, the set up file dont work, not the install file either. I can install the cubase part only, but then it is just the clean program that is installed, many plug ins missing and so on…
What to do?

I think so, I found an update of NET Framework 4.5.1, that was what I found.
But i did not help…

Download the full package from Mysteinberg and try that one.

Sorry I misread your first post. Did you try opening the installer in admin mode ?

Yes, I have tried in Admin mode, dont work. I would really like to install Cubase 8…
