Set up for Alesis Multimix8 USB in Cubase LE5

Dear Cubase Users,

Does anyone know how to set up an Alesis Multimix8 FX USB mixer in Cubase LE5? In the VST connection port options, USB Codec does not show up. I have my sound set up in the computer control panel to record and playback through USB Codec, instead of conexant speakers, because the mixer inputs and outputs through the USB. But how do I get the USB Codec set up in Cubase LE5 so that it appears as an option to select in VST connections? Thanks so much for your help.

Choose the correct driver first, please. Do this in Devices > Devices Setup > VST Audio System. On the right-side, select the ASIO driver, which is delivered with Alesis Multimix.
