I want the score editor to put a (#) before a note, after a prior instance of that note had a natural before it. Or e.g. put a (natural) before a note after there was a rogue # before a prior instance.
Is there a setting for this or a way to get manual control over setting accidentals and naturals this way?
I’m pretty sure the score editor does this. Did you set your key correctly?
Also if something doesn’t look like it’s expected (i.e you have an F which you want to write as E#), use the Enharmonic Shift buttons.
Yes, you can “force” accidentals via the “?” icon in the enharmonic shift buttons.
