Setting initial time signature

Actually Cubase Elements 11.0.40.
I have a song with multiple time signatures. I fuond information on how to change signatures mid project, but I can not find outhow to set the starting or initial time signature.

This is the very 1st Time Signature mark of the project, which sits at bar 1.0.0.0.
