Is it possible to move only the bar line independently?
- No, you’d need to use a third-party app to combine the PDFs into one
- No
- I’m not exactly sure what you mean

You can move the barline via a spacing offset or in note spacing mode, but in either case, such a move will affect nearby notes.
Are you talking about a folder with a lot of Dorico projects?
By coincident I discovered a Jump Bar command “Export all layouts as .pdf”.
This is very helpful. Usually one doesn’t have a “folder with scores” but instead a Dorico project with lots of layouts.
