Several VSTi's triggered by one channels notes

Hello peeps, so I want to use one channels key editor to trigger 5 VSTi’s so that I don’t need to have the keys on 5 separate channels. I know I can select all of them and open them in one window but this just seems way too frustrating for me. I thought this would be easy and maybe it is or maybe it’s impossible? Can anyone help?

Have you tried midi sends to rack instruments?

Good stuff, that did the trick. Any way of using more than 4 midi sends per channel?
