Edited to delete previous not-quite-correct info.
Full Halion can open an SF2 file; Halion Sonic cannot.
(Source of info - just tested an SF2 file using my copies of Halion 7 and Halion Sonic 7, both standalone)

Ok so no Halion 7 doesn’t read SF2, that’s what interested me, I’m going to go with another sampler, thank you all the same.
Halion does read sf2 with no problem

This is not HALion. Using incorrect naming causes no end of confusion on both sides.
