Share CPR file

Cubase 14 is crashing and it may be Altiverb. I’ve contacted their support and their request is “Could you share your Cubase project (no audio/video, just the cpr file) with me? Then I can try to reproduce the crash here.” How do I do this?

Upload the file to DropBox (Google Drive, or some such) and email Altiverb a link.

To elaborate on what @Googly_Smythe said…
Open your project
Delete all of the audio / video / MIDI content (not the tracks, just the events / parts).
Save the project under a new name.
This cpr file is the one you want to send to Altiverb.
Depending on the size of the file you may be able to email it or otherwise transfer it as @Googly_Smythe described.

Hi,

You can also find out by yourself, where the crash happened.

Open the *.ips file. After some system info, you will see a line:
Crashed Thread: XX
where the XX is the number.

Then you will see the list of threads:

Thread 0:  ...
0 ...
1 ...
2 ...
...

Thread 1:  ...
0 ...
1 ...
2 ...
...

Find the “XX” thread. Then on the top of the thread on line 0, you will find, what really crashed the system.
